Returns & Exchanges

At Crown Power & Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your parts purchase. If you receive a part that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us right away at e-commerce@crown-power.com or call (417) 866-5588.
We’re available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

Return Guidelines

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Returns must include a copy of the sales receipt or packing slip
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date
  • Returns may be brought to a store location or shipped prepaid and insured
    – We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping
    – C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We’re happy to help with exchanges based on availability.
Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure product quality and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or installed parts
  • Opened kits or electrical components
  • Items not in original packaging or not in resalable condition
  • Special order merchandise
    – Some exceptions may apply and may be subject to a restocking fee
